Services & Payment
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults (18+)
I am able to offer flexibility in terms of scheduling, meeting with individuals a maximum of 2x per week and a minimum of 1x per month. Although short-term therapy may be sufficient for many individuals, I think longer-term therapy, in which we are able to establish a close working relationship, allows for deeper transformation.

I recommend calling your insurance company to learn more about your mental health benefits.
Otherwise, my services are out-of-network. I am happy to provide a superbill/invoice to allow for out-of-network insurance coverage. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed. I recommend that you contact your insurance company to find out about out-of-network therapy coverage with your specific plan.
